As there are no IGMP-capable network switches, the network is quite stressed and so I set up a physically separate network. i was recommended completely different solution, igmp proxy from http://sourceforge.net/projects/igmpproxy/ . Perhaps you can relay your incoming rtp stream to a different outgoing address, say 22.214.171.124.
