Not very sure whether it is the VS debugger tool issue, if you debug this app in another pc, whether it has this issue? However, (if I remember correctly) the website projects are configured to launch IE with the address of the current page you have open in the editor. I don’t have other good idea, as you said it worked well before, if you set the restore point in your PC, maybe you could restore it. Is there a way to fix this without restarting Windows?

I was using IIS before - but I dont think this should have affected it. Evertthing was fine last week but now I have a problem. You need locate to the IDE folder then run these commands, or you can set path to the system environment.
