Close the active dialog and try again. I guess I expected the behaviour of the bug to be more, well, more modal. File name does not exist, is invalid, or contains parameters that cannot be validated. Top "The error indicates that there is a modal dialog box open.

I went to the View dropdown menu and clicked on Solution Explorer (again I am in the second project) which forced VS to activate this dialogue box again. No files were found to look in.

Minimize VS and see if there is a dialog behind it.

Toolbox item could not be copied to another tab. I also find that I have to defrag immediately to get any performance from Visual Studio.
