Look to see if you have a folder C:Program FilesMicrosoft SDKsWindowsv6.0ALib and if so, does it include kernel32.lib? Since no one responds my question on stack overflow, I hope somebody here may help. You may need to uninstall and reinstall Fortran after that. How did you solve it?
I searched on Google and even here on Stackoverflow. That got Studio working again immediately, without even a restart.
I wanted to upgrade from 32-bit programming to 64-bit so I could work with Assembly, so I downloaded this SDK.
